1. Business-to-Business (B2B) Nature

This website operates strictly on a Business-to-Business (B2B) model. By using this site to request quotations, you represent that you are inquiring on behalf of a registered business, corporation, or professional entity, and not as an individual consumer for personal use.

2. Quotation and Order Process

• Quote Requests: Adding products to the "Quote List" and submitting a request does not constitute a legally binding purchase agreement.

• Validity: Once a formal quotation is issued by our sales team via email, it will remain valid for the period specified in that document.

• Order Acceptance: A binding contract is only formed when a formal Proforma Invoice is issued by Starlit and the required payment/advance is received and acknowledged.

3. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

• All prices discussed or quoted are subject to change without prior notice until a Proforma Invoice is finalized.

• Unless explicitly stated, quoted prices do not include applicable taxes (e.g., GST), import duties, or customs clearance fees.

• Payment terms will be outlined in your specific quotation/invoice. We reserve the right to withhold shipping until funds have cleared in our accounts.

4. Shipping and Logistics

• Global Shipping: We offer international shipping. Delivery timelines provided are estimates and are not guaranteed.

• Customs and Duties: For international orders, the buyer is solely responsible for paying any local import taxes, customs duties, and handling fees required by their country's border authorities.

• Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (e.g., Ex-Works or FOB terms, as specified in your invoice).

5. Warranty and Returns

• 5-Year Warranty: We offer a standard 5-year warranty on all our LED products against manufacturing defects. This warranty is void if the product has been subjected to misuse, unauthorized repair, or improper installation.

• Return Policy: Due to the bulk/B2B nature of our business, we do not accept returns for "change of mind." Returns or replacements are only processed for defective items or items damaged upon arrival, provided they are reported within 7 days of delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product catalogs, technical specifications, and forms, is the intellectual property of Starlit. You may download resources from our "Downloads" section for business evaluation purposes only. Unauthorized redistribution or modification is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Starlit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Electrical and solar products must be installed by certified professionals. We assume no liability for damages or injuries resulting from improper installation or failure to follow safety guidelines.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms, or your use of this website, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
